Members who choose AI Matchmaker features may provide additional information about themselves and the type of relationship they are seeking.

• Previous interest selections
• Optional post-connection feedback

This information may be used to identify members who appear potentially compatible and to provide an explanation of why an introduction may be worth considering.

AI recommendations are suggestions only. They do not determine whom a member must contact, date, meet, or form a relationship with.

Private Messages

OneConnectionAI is designed so private member messaging becomes available only after mutual interest creates an active connection.

Messages may be stored as necessary to provide the messaging service.

Automated systems may also analyze message content or communication patterns when reasonably necessary to detect potential scams, financial solicitation, harassment, threats, prohibited activity, or other safety concerns.

Where automated safety analysis is used, OneConnectionAI will describe those practices in the version of this policy applicable to the operating service.

Identity & Account Verification

OneConnectionAI may use verification procedures intended to discourage fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.

Verification may involve:

When a member reports another account, OneConnectionAI may collect and retain information reasonably necessary to investigate the report and protect members.

This may include the reason for the report, relevant messages, account history, safety flags, previous reports, and information concerning enforcement actions.

Blocking information may also be retained to help prevent unwanted future interaction.

Serious violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the service.

Payments

OneConnectionAI may use a third-party payment processor to handle verification fees, memberships, renewals, refunds, and other authorized transactions.

Payment processors may collect information required to complete a transaction according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

OneConnectionAI does not intend to store complete payment card numbers when payment information can instead be securely processed by an established payment provider.

Members are responsible for protecting their passwords, devices, login credentials, and verification codes.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account integrity, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information may need to be retained after an account is closed. For example, limited records concerning serious safety violations or banned accounts may be retained when reasonably necessary to help prevent a removed member from immediately creating another account.
